DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
Job Description 

We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. while dental section experience is preferred, it is not essential. If we feel you have the criteria we're looking for, we are happy to train the right candidate.

Main responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting patients both in person and over the phone
  • Triaging dental patients via phone and email
  • Managing appointments and referrals using dental system software systems
  • Supporting a busy team of dentists with multiple surgeries running at once
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Handling incoming endodntic referrals from other practices
  • Writing and responding to incoming enquiries and emails 
What we are looking for 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner with patients and team members
  • Able to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
